She was extremely informative and knowledgeable about all aspects on the sale of our existing home as well as the new construction process for our new home purchase. Lori and her staff consistently provided timely responses to our questions. Lori's suggestions on staging our home as well as to when to put it on the market were spot on. Her recommendations allowed us to sell our home during "coming soon", therefore avoiding any open houses or private showings. She also was able to negotiate a rent back for us until our new home was ready. This allowed us to make 1 move without having to put anything in storage.
